Arjan S Chehl, owner of Bollywood Masala, has 15 years experience in the hospitality industry, working in five star establishments in Australia. Arjan comes from a family of restaurateurs in India prior to coming to Australia.
The chefs, have over 17 years of experience each in cooking North Indian cuisine in India and Singapore. The chefs are supported by experienced and professional staff to ensure quality and timely customer service.
